Printing your 18x24 and 24x36 can be easy and affordable. I've used Office Depot for my printing. But, I just discovered the company Blueprints Printing.

The affordable paper you'll print on will be large format paper used for blueprints. Blueprints Printing offers different # weight of paper. They also offer Vellum and other types, which I haven't used.

I always laminate my Mats. So, the different weight you chose can depend on how thick your paper and lamination sheets are. Laminate sheets are 3, 5 and 10 mill.

Blueprints Printing offers 20#, 24#, 32# and special papers. 20# is standard printer weight and works, though I prefer heavier stock if possible.

Office Depot has a teachers, educators discount. You have to ask for it, or sign up. It can be an extra 20%.

Large format laminating will probably be the most expensive thing. I used my local LAKESHORE LEARNING / TEACHER SUPPLE STORE. They have machines and charge by the foot. Very affordable DIY.

My price of your digital download is less than the printing or lamination. You should be able to produce a mat for less than $5.00 each.

If I learn of any new tips I'll post them here. If you learn some tips, please let me know.
